Production Process
1, Chromation
2, clean water wash
3, Drying oven ready for paint.
4, black powder coating and curing at 200 ºC 10 minutes.
5, cross cut test for adhesion, coating thickness test, color match test.
6, pallets packing, labeling, container loading.
