Steam hose, also known as steam hose. Used for cooling water of refrigeration equipment, hot and cold water of engine engines, food processing, especially for hot water and saturated steam in dairy factories. It is resistant to dilute (low concentration) acids and alkalis.
Structure:
Steam hoses, like ordinary industrial hoses, are composed of inner rubber, outer rubber, and an intermediate layer.
The commonly used inner and outer adhesive materials are EPDM materials with excellent heat resistance, steam resistance, ozone ultraviolet resistance, and chemical properties, and the outer adhesive is wrapped in a tape. The middle layer is usually woven wire or braided steel wire, which strengthens the pressure range of the rubber hose.
Composition:
The steam hose is composed of an inner rubber layer, a multi-layer cloth wrapped layer, and an outer rubber layer. The cloth suction hose is composed of an inner adhesive layer, a multi-layer cloth winding layer, a spiral steel wire reinforcement layer, and an outer adhesive layer. It mainly consists of a liquid resistant inner adhesive layer, a middle adhesive layer, 2 or 4 or 6 layers of steel wire winding reinforcement layer, and an outer adhesive layer. The inner adhesive layer has the function of withstanding pressure on the conveying medium and protecting the steel wire from erosion. The outer adhesive layer protects the steel wire from damage, and the steel wire (0.3-2.0 reinforced steel wire) layer is the skeleton material for reinforcement.
