Microspheres are small spherical thermoplastic particles.
When heated, the internal pressure from the gas increase and the thermoplastic shell softens, resulting in a dramatic increase of the volume of the microspheres. The gas remains inside the spheres.

1. Good thermal mechanical properties
Different types of microspheres have different thermal mechanical properties and a wide temperature range, and suitable microsphere products can be selected based on various processing techniques and application requirements.
2. Excellent elasticity
The thermoplastic shell has excellent pressure resistance, with a surface that can withstand a pressure of 300 kilograms per square centimeter, and good resilience that can withstand multiple cycles of pressure/unloading without rupture.
3. Excellent foaming performance
It can achieve an independent foaming effect of 20-70 times that of the original, and still remains a complete sealed body after foaming, with a foaming effect that traditional chemical foaming agents cannot match.
4. Environmental performance
Polymer microspheres are pollution-free and can be used as environmentally friendly foaming agents in high-end and high-value products.
