Description

Phenolic Resin for Brake Pads is a thermosetting powder with good bonding properties for grinding wheel mixtures. It is suitable for the production of high-density grinding wheels by hot or cold pressing processes, and also for the production of disc brake pads for heavy-duty utility vehicles such as sport, 4WD, crossover, recreational and pickup trucks. Offers high toughness, abrasion resistance and excellent crack resistance. It allows for improved product static torque and shorter braking distances.

This product is resin powder, and it may generate dust during use. Please wear protective equipment to avoid direct skin contact;
This product has soft agglomeration of fine powder caused by static electricity, but it does not affect the use of the product.
1. The phenolic resin package opened should not be exposed to the air if it is not used up. It needs to be sealed for storage.
2. It is necessary to control the mixing temperature when mixing. Excessive temperature may cause the phenolic resin to melt and
cause the mixture to agglomerate.
3. The phenolic resin remaining in the resin storage and metering system needs to be cleaned regularly to prevent the damp and agglomerated resin from entering the mixture, causing phenolic resin spots on the product.
