production line Product detail Product featureKBL40YD include scroll compressor, condenser, evaporvator, expansion valve, sight glass, drier, electromagnetic valve, pressure valve, inverter and control system etc. The vehicle high voltage battery power is transferred into voltage suitable for scroll compressor by inverter. The fans, blowers and control system are powered by vehicle low voltage DC battery.
The scroll compressor voltage is intergrated with condenser, which is streamline design. Ultra-thin design is applied for evaporator. Both casing are made of fiberglass.
The scroll compressor voltage is 380V AC /3/50Hz . Fan, blower and control system voltage is 24V DC.
Environmental friendly R404A refrigerant is applied, high EER and energy saving.
KBL40YD are suitable for 18~24m3 cold chamber, with temperature range of -18-15ºC.
The condenser and compressor is front mounted, while the evaporator is inside mounted.
