Product Specification
Centrifugal Fan
Well-known brand centrifugal fans, with galvanized steel and which is statically and dynamically balanced.

Condensate Drain Pan
L shaped drain pan, suitable for horizontal and/or vertical installation.

High Efficiency Coil
Coil are made of copper tubes and high exchange surface are aluminum blue fins. All coils are 100% tested against leaks by 30bar(3Mpa) with 3/4" pipe connections are air bleed vent.

We have 11 production lines. In recent years, we invest 300 million RMB for different production equipment and different inspection equipment. Now we have production capacity with 1000,000 per year. Different products are in different production buildings, one production building has three floors.
 
Laboratory
Testing Central
OUTES intelligent laboratory group approved by CNAS, TUV and BV.
Laboratory group has 8000m2 with 50+ laboratories. The test include Enthalpy , Low Ambient, Noises, Safety, Reliability, Water-Spray, Transportation Labs and etc. The test capacity is from 1HP to 200HP.The ambient test condition can be from -35ºC to 60ºC.
We have more than 350+ engineers working here now.
It's more easy for us to test the products exporting to different countries now!

A1: Generally, it will take 35 to 40 days after receiving deposit. The specific time depends on the items and the quantity.

Q2: How about your delivery term ?
A2: EXW, FOB,CIF, CFA.

Q3: How about your packing ?
A3: Generally, we pack the heat pump in brown cartons, plywood or pallet, it can be as customer required.

Q4: What is your sample policy?
A4: We accept the sample order.

Q5: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A5: Yes, we have 100% test before we pack the goods for delivery.

Q6: How about your warranty ?
A6: 2 years warranty on the whole unit. also we give to customer 1% spare parts FOC.
