The performance of forklift trucks mainly includes loading performance, traction performance, braking performance, stability, manoeuvrability, passing performance, as well as operating lightness and comfort.
1 . Disassembly and loading performance:
This reflects the lifting capacity and work efficiency of the forklift, and is an important factor in determining the work productivity of the forklift. It is mostly expressed by technical parameters such as rated weight, load centre distance, larger lifting height, free lifting height, lifting and lowering speed, and tilting angle before and after the platform.
2 . Traction performance:
This reflects the driving ability of the forklift truck, which is mostly expressed as the larger driving speed with full load and no load, the larger climbing degree with full load and no load, and the hooked traction force. This seriously affects the efficiency of the forklift, especially the conditions of the yard handling distance is large. 3 . Braking performance:
Reflects the ability of forklift trucks to stop at a rapid deceleration in travelling, and determines the safety of forklift truck operation.
