1. MULTI-PLY CONVEYOR BELTS

  
The design of multi-ply conveyor belts enables application in all areas of materials handling.
Due to the carcass construction and quality of cover these belts are noted for their reliability and long life in all industrial applications either for general purposes or handling of sharp-edged and extremely abrasive materials.

 2. SELF-EXTINGUISHING                   
 (FIRE
 and FLAME RESISTANT) CONVEYOR BELTS
 
At conveying of bulk solids difficulties can sometimes arise such as self-ignition of either the conveyed goods or the conveyor belt itself.

Therefore we experts have developed special types of self-extinguishing rubber to raise safety to the highest degree.

With regard to the application there are four types of conveyor belts available:

•   K type: flame resistant with  rubber cover according to DIN EN ISO 340:2007 and antistatic according to DIN EN ISO 284:2004

•   K-MOR type: medium resistant to oil and grease, flame resistant with  rubber cover according to
    DIN EN ISO 340:2007 and antistatic according to DIN EN ISO 284:2004

•   S type: flame resistant with and without rubber cover according to DIN EN ISO 340:2007 and antistatic
    according to DIN EN ISO 284:2004

•   S-MOR type: medium resistant to oil and grease, flame resistant with and without rubber cover according
    to DIN EN ISO 340:2007 and antistatic according to DIN EN ISO 284:2004


Fire and flame resistant conveyor belts are suitable for:

3.OIL and GREASE RESISTANT
CONVEYOR BELTS


As a rule, oils and greases have a very destructive impact on rubber, however, materials that contain oil or grease are daily conveyed. In order to protect rubber components in the conveyor belts from swelling, types of rubber that are resistant to oil and grease should be applied
 
BELT TYPEAPPLICATION
MORModerately oil resistant cover. Suitable for products with low content of animal and vegetable fats and oils
 (grains ,rape and tailings, compost, fodder mixtures).
MGModerately oil resistant cover (suitable for products like MOR type) with moderately oil resistant skim coat,
  used for belts with cut edges and for sliding transporters. Suitable for applications, where aggressive
material is present also at the bottom side of the belt and at the edges.
MOR PLUS  The belt type with moulded edges is used for materials containing animal fat or vegetable oil. The belt type
  is used within industries manufacturing and handling grains, food mixtures, soybean cakes, tinned goods,
  cellulose, wooden chips and fertilizers.
MG PLUS  Oil resistant cover and moderately oil resistant skim coat. Suitable for materials containing animal fat or
  vegetable oil. The belt type is used within industries manufacturing and handling grains, food mixtures,
  soybean cakes, tinned goods, cellulose, wooden chips and fertilizers. Used for belts with cut edges and for
  sliding transporters. Applied, where aggressive material is present also at the bottom side of the belt and at
  the edges.
GMG  Highly oil resistant type for products containing mineral oils, terpene, pitch (wooden chips, timber,..).This
  type is resistant to lilamins that are used in the fertilizer industry.
KMORMedium resistant to oil and grease, flame resistant with  rubber cover according to
  DIN EN ISO 340:2007 and antistatic according to DIN EN ISO 284:2004
SMORMedium resistant to oil and grease, flame resistant with and without rubber cover according
  to DIN EN ISO 340:2007 and antistatic according to DIN EN ISO 284:2004

 
All conveyor belts are antistatic according to DIN EN ISO 284:2004. Oil resistance depends on the construction of the belt (ratio between cover and skim, cut or moulded edges, with or without bottom cover).
These belts are available in different constructions from smooth belts, supergrip, finegrip, noppen or chevron belts.


Oil and grease resistant conveyor belts are suitable for:

•   concrete plants
•   recycling and mineral processing plants, waste sorting and compost machines
•   metal processing industry, scrap recycling
•   timber industry and sawmills
4. HEAT RESISTANT CONVEYOR BELT
•  T1 type - *temperature of material up to 125°C
•   T2 type - *temperature of material up to 150°C
•   T3 type - *temperature of material up to 210°C
*depends on the ambient temperature, grain size and contact duration.

7.STEEL CORD CONVEYOR BELT (Steel Wire Rope Core Rubber Conveyor Belt)

The steel wire rope core conveyor belt is a rubber conveyor belt with steel wire as its skeleton. It has the advantages of high tensile strength, good impact resistance, long service life, small use elongation, good grooving, good flexibility resistance, and is suitable for long-distance, large-distance and high-speed conveying materials. The product is composed of core glue, wire rope, covering layer and side glueaterials.

9.Rough Top Conveyor Belt

Rough top belt can be used for tilt angleLight materials such as bags, boxes and parcels are transported at 35 degrees angle. The top rubber surface is wear-resistant and skid-resistant rubber. It has the functions of cushioning, shock absorption and stabilization for material transportation, especially anti-skid.
