Application
1. It is suitable for sheet type ABS, PP, PS, PVC, EPS, HIPS, PE, HDPE, PC, PMMA, EVA, PETG plastic material.
2. Products are widely used as electronics blister, food, hardware tools, medical equipment, lamps and lanterns, sanitary ware, luggage, refrigerator liner, automotive interior decoration, container boxes, pallet and other plastic products.
Technical features
Sheet Feeding System.
1. The sheet is loaded automatically while the formed parts are unloaded in the same time.
2. When the sheet thickness change, don't need any adjustment.
3. Every sheet would be centered on both X and Y direction automatically.
Heating System.
1. The heating oven adopts British VICTORY halogen instant heating tube, with strong penetration, fast temperature rise (reaching positioning temperature in 2-3 seconds, with photothermal synchronization), the heating time is short, the electric power is 40% of the same type of machine.
2. The heating oven is driven by variable frequency motor, which works fast and steadily. Ensure that the oven move "slow - fast - slow" .
3. The voltage regulator is adopted to control the voltage of the heating oven, which can make the equipment run smoothly in each time period and effectively improve the qualified rate of the product.
4. The fixed bottom plate of the heating oven is made of galvanized steel plate, which is not easy to deform after being heated. Moreover, the mirror stainless steel material used in the heating oven has strong heat gathering ability, so as to avoid the rust spot falling on the material.
5. The electric oven is made of sheet metal all around, built-in insulation material, heat balance does not lose.
Cooling System
1. The machine adopts strong cooling fan and cold water spray device, which can adjust the height up and down and change the cooling mode according to the shape of the product. The machine is equipped with medium pressure fan, which can set the start and delay state of cooling on the control panel. Can switch manual or automatic working state.
2. Cooling pipe would be installed onto the colling fan, to maximize the cooling efficiency.
3. A cooling fan is installed in the chassis to ensure that the air in the chassis can be quickly drained.
Forming System.
1. The lower mold is driven by motor driving gear or Servo Driving Ball Bearing Guide Screw variable (optional) . Ensure large mold rise quickly and steadily, multi stage speed adjustment.
2. Upper mold electrically adjustable speed regulation.
3. When the pressing frame is rising, the safety mechanism can prevent the pressing frame from falling down in case out of power. Safety protection net is installed in the operating area, the machine is unable to run unless the operator leave the forming area, which greatly improve safety level.
4. With anti - sag and bubble blowing pre- stretching function, improve the product forming height and material forming uniformity effectively.
5. With mold temperature control function, used when mold has demand of preheat.
6. Equipped with infrared monitoring function to prevent excessive sagging of heating (automatic photoelectric monitoring system is installed on the operating side to prevent plate sagging) and prevent excessive blowing.
7. The forming window plate can be electrically controlled, made by 45mm thickness aluminum plate, equipped with 4 gear motor to realize stepless speed regulation. In length direction, the adjust range is 700mm, in width direction , the adjust range is 700mm. (Optional)

The whole body is bended by thick steel sheet, strong and durable. In comparison, The machine from some companies are spliced by steel profile and thin steel plate. It is even shaking during working.
We have left a lot of space in the machine for maintenance and also increase stability during mold platform moving up and down. So our machine is much bigger than our competitors.
The heating tubes distance of upper oven is only 60mm and the distance of lower oven is 80mm, but machine from many factories keep this distance at 100mm or even more to save a lot of cost. Also the heating efficiency is bad, production efficiency is low.

The lower mold plate has many threaded holes, the processing cost is very high, and needs many workers to work for many days. It's easy for mold fix and save mold fix cost. Other company only use a single steel plate.
