The D363H welding butterfly valve adopts a three eccentric metal sealing structure. When opened, the butterfly plate and valve seat contact instantly when closed, utilizing the eccentricity of the butterfly plate to quickly detach from the valve seat, reducing the wear of the sealing pair, reducing friction torque, and making opening flexible. Eccentric conical surface enables the butterfly plate to pass through the inner hole of the valve seat during opening or closing, achieving contact sealing. In addition, the rotation radius of the conical butterfly plate is greater than the rotation radius of the contact position of the sealing pair, so the butterfly plate will become tighter and tighter when the valve is closed, which can achieve self-locking and prevent the butterfly plate from over positioning.
