Machine Description
Boiling granulator is also called one step granulating machine, it is the use of adhesive bonding effect, make mutual bridge between solid powder, reunion, and gradually formed particles.
Technological process: granulating in powder material in fluidized bed, the cold air through the filter into, again by the heater to heat up, cold air temperature rise to process temperature, into the fluidized bed, make the powder fluidized shaped circulation flow, at the same time into humid mist adhesive powder containers, loose powder is condensed into small particles, granulating, moisture evaporate by the hot air away.
