Product Overview  

Paper-size series motors are special motors for axial ventilation fans.  

The explosion-proof performance of paper-size series motors complies with the provisions of paper-size explosive atmospheres, paper size part: general requirements for equipment and paper size explosive atmospheres, part 2: equipment protected by flameproof enclosure's paper size, and also meets the requirements of paper size, Made into flameproof type, the explosion-proof marks are Exd009MB, Exd009BT4 GB. Exd009MB is suitable for explosive gas atmospheres containing methane or coal dust.

The media type is suitable for Class 009A, 009B, TI, T2, T3, and T4 groups' explosive gas atmospheres.  
2. Conditions of use  
2.1 The ambient air temperature is - 20 +40 +  
2.2 The altitude does not exceed 1000MB  
2.3 Nominal frequency is 500 Hz  
2.4 The rated voltage is 380V, 650V, 380/650V  
The paper size quota is a continuous quota based on the continuous working system-Sigur.  
2.6 The motor adopts Class 6 insulation. When the ambient air temperature and altitude meet the requirements of Articles 2.1 and 2.2, the temperature rise limit of the stator winding (the copy) resistance method) should not exceed 80 K.  


3. Structure introduction  
3.1 The protection grade of the main body shell of the motor is paper size and the junction box is IP-5  
3.2 Material of the motor casing: Type 009 shall be made of gray cast iron not lower than http and others shall not be lower than HTML.  
3.3 The structure and installation types of the motor are IMB30, IMB5, IM9 2, and IM9 1.  
3.4 Motors have one or two cylindrical shaft extensions.  


Paper-size motor junction box: IMB30, and IMB5 are located on the end cover of the non-shaft extension; IM9 2, IM9 1 are connected and fastened on the outer surface of the fan barrel through the conduit, and the view-size incoming wires can be rotated as required; the junction box is made Three or six terminal blocks; the incoming wire is rubber-sheathed wire structure; there is a grounding screw in the junction box for internal grounding. The YF motor has no terminal box, and the lead wires of the stator are led out through the elbow at the end of the non-shaft extension.  

3.6 High-strength polyester enameled round copper wire is used for motor stator winding, the rotor is cast aluminum squirrel cage rotor, and the cooling method is a paper size or paper size  
3.7 The motor adopts low-noise rolling bearings and Great Wall low-noise grease. There is a wave gasket in the bearing chamber of the end cover of the shaft extension, which presses against the bearing with moderate pressure, effectively suppressing the vibration and noise of the motor during operation.
