Q2: What products your company specialize in?
A2: We are specialized in power adapters,PoE adapters/injectors and PoE switches.
Q3:Free sample ?
A3: Yes, we can provide 1-5pcs free samples which are based on delivery cost collect.
Q4:How long is the sample time? Mass production lead time ?
A5: About 3-7days for sample and 15-28days for mass production
Q5: What is MOQ ?
A5: 500pcs for PoE Switches and 1,000pcs for power adapters/PoE injectors, for trial order we could discuss quantity.
Q6: How about the packages ?
A6:Two package for choice: one is PE bag+shipping carton, another is white box + shipping carton. We also accept customized.
Q7: Can you do OEM for me?
A8: Yes, We can do both OEM and ODM orders.
Q8: What certificates do you have ?
A8: We have approved ISO9001,CCC,CE,GS,ETL, FCC ,etc Certificates.
Q9: What's your payment terms ?
A9: For small amount, by T/T or Paypal.
For large amount, by T/T 30% deposit in advance, T/T 70% before shipment, or 100/% L/C AT SIGHT.
Q10: How do you ship the order normally?
A10: For large qty order, ship the goods by sea, we can accept both FOB and CIF.
For small qty order, by air or express. We supply optional express for you, including DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EMS, ARAMES etc.
