1: Can I get some tests before I decide which to buy?
Yes, we are able to offer free tests. Actually we suggest to have some tests before you making the purchase decision.
There are several models of laser cleaning machine, normally we will make tests for our customer with different models
to choose the most suitable one from our professional suggestion but not the most expensive one. The samples test will
be shown by videos and pictures.

3: Is the machine very difficult to learn? I am a very new starter in lasers.
Please don't worry, the machine is very easy to operate, even if it is your first laser machine.
(1) We will share the demo software(if there is one), you can try the basic functions in your PC;
(2) All user manuals, the machine, software and other supportive guidance, will be prepared for you in paper or PDF;
(3) Before the machine leaving for you, we will take complete guidance video to show you the basic steps to start the
machine;
(4) Following the machine, there will be a flash driver, which includes the teaching videos, data backup, related files;
(5) Open to negotiate the operation skills, no time limited.
4: Do I need to pay special attention on the machine maintainence?
The advantage of the fiber laser is less maintainence and long service time.
