Description: SR32XX UDP series are phenyl silicone rubbers with good resistance to radiation and low & high
temperature.
Special properties:
Resistance to crepharding.
Good mechanical properties.
Excellent resistance to low temperature and radiation.
Wide operating temperature -100ºC~250ºC.
Easily processed and easily pigmented
Main applications:
All kinds of vehicle seal ring, oil seal, diaphragm, conduit, valve lining,etc.
All kinds of high temperature, low temperature, chemical erosion resistance pump, valve, oil tank and other equipment sealing products.
Astronomy industry: aircraft fuel oil and lubricating oil seals, contact parts, such as all kinds
of O ring, filling, sealing ring, sensor materials, diaphragm, liner clamp.
Low temperature resistance/oil resistance/acid resistance in harsh environment, such as aircraft hydraulic system infusion bellows, sealing strip of special vehicle doors and Windows/back cover, sensor materials.

Curing Condition:
After addition of 1.2% of 2.5-dimethyl bis -(tertiobutyl peroxy) 2.5-hexane (45%) and
vulcanization for 5 min. at 180°C, with post curing at 200ºC×4hour

Q:Where is the loading port and How do you ship the goods?
A: Our factory is nearby Shanghai Port, but loading port can be negotiated. We could ship by sea, by air or by express(EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX and etc). Please confirm with us before placing orders.
Q: How can we guarantee the products' quality?
A: All the products must be tested refers to key specifications during the production and final inspection before shipment.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: It depends on the order quantity you place the order. Usually sample needs 5-8 working days, mass production needs 15-30 days .
