Live cable identification device, also known as cable identification device, multi-functional cable identification device, and intelligent cable identification device, is designed for power cable engineers and cable workers to solve technical problems in cable identification. Users can accurately identify one of the target cables from multiple cables through instruments, avoiding serious accidents caused by accidentally sawing live cables. Cable identification starts from the operation at both ends of the cable, and it is necessary to ensure the accuracy of the double numbering at both ends of the cable. This instrument design adopts PSK technology combined with precise algorithms. No matter how reliable the memory of on-site staff is, it cannot replace the recognition of professional instruments. This product also has functions such as live cable identification, power outage cable identification, AC current testing, and AC voltage testing. It consists of a transmitter, transmitting current clamp, receiver, and receiving flexible current clamp. When identifying live cables, 10 cables can be pre calibrated at the transmitting end, and then received at the remote end, greatly saving engineering personnel round-trip operation time and improving work efficiency.
Transmitter: Emits signals to the target cable during live cable identification and power outage cable identification, with built-in high functionality rechargeable lithium battery, automatic impedance matching, and fully automatic protection. The transmitter adopts an integrated specialized toolbox design, using polypropylene plastic as raw material and adding new composite fillers for one-time injection molding. It has low density, strength, stiffness, hardness, wear resistance, heat resistance, and superior insulation performance. The box can withstand a pressure of about 200kg, and the host's large LCD displays the remaining battery power in real-time, with a white backlight and dynamic signal transmission indication, making it clear at a glance.
Transmission clamp: When identifying live cables, the transmission clamp couples the signal emitted by the transmitter to the target cable, and the clamp size Φ 105mm, the transmitting clamp has directionality, and the transmitting signal flows in the direction indicated by the arrow on the transmitting clamp.
