Q3: What is your delivery date?
A: The delivery date is typically 35-40 days after the approval of packing designs and receipt of the deposit.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A: Our payment terms are 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment or upon receipt of the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
Q5: Can you send samples?
A: Yes, we can send samples for evaluation. However, the customer is responsible for covering the freight charges associated with the sample shipment.
