1.Production process of shear steel fiber

 shear steel fiber, before cutting, a special small slitting machine is used to cut the thin cold rolled coil into strip coils. The width of strip coils is the same as the length of steel fiber, and then the strip coils are continuously fed into a rotating cutter or ordinary punch to cut them off. The axis of the rotating cutter is perpendicular to the feed direction of the thin plate.

The raw material for production is cold rolled steel plate which is generally annealed. Unannealed cold rolled steel plate can also be used to improve the strength.
