This machine is automatic frequency-type double-headed counting and filing machine for piece/grain.widely used in pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical industry for counting and filing tablets, pills, capsules and otherspecial-shaped pieces.
Performance feature:
1. Double shaking head adopts accentric sieve movment and ultra-quite flexible structure,can adjust the eccentric sieve movment frequency steplessly.
2. Small noise,stable falling pieces,correct counting,speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion.
3. With the optional system for stop falling pieces when no piece,the design principle is advanced,structure is reasonable and
compact,automatic stop when no bottle.
4. Machine shell is made of 304 stainless steel and plexiglass materials,meets GMP standard.

1. This machine can automatically complete following work: cup volumetric filler measuring--coding (optional)-bag
making--filling--gas injection/exhaust (optional)--sealing--counting.
2.Computer/PLC control system, photoelectric tracking, high reliability and intellectualized degree.
3.Has fault display system, easy to operate and maintenance.
4.Make punching blade (round/ euro hole) and linked bags device after customer's request.
5.Machine body and all food touching part are made by stainless steel (measuring cup material: nylon/stainless steel).
