Q1: Are manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer. Silway was founded in 2015. You are welcome to visit our factory.
Q2: Can I get some samples?
A: Yes, we can supply the free sample, but the shipping/courier cost will be paid by customers.
Q3: How to start orders or make payments?
A: Proforma invoice will be sent first after confirmation of ordethe r, enclosed our bank information. Payment by T/T is welcomed.
Q4: How to confirm the Product Quality before placing orders?
A: You can get free samples for some products, you only need to pay the shipping cost or arrange a courier to us and take the samples.
Q5:What's your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 200kg. But usually, we accept less quantity such as 100kg on the condition that sample charge is 100% paid.
Q6: How about the delivery lead time?
A: If goods are in stock, generally it is 5 - 10 days; if goods are not in stock, mostly it will be around 15 - 20 days, or according to the quantity being requested. (Chinese holiday not included)
Q7: Is there a discount?
A: Discounts vary according to the quantity ordered.
