Q1: Can they be straightened, curled?
       A:Treat the hair as it is your own hair. Use a flat iron/straightener, but as with your own hair, never use hot
            tools too often.

Q2: Can I dye or bleach the hair?
       A:yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We
           highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions, coloring them yourself always poses a high
           risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can not get to a salon, use a good quality hair dye and
            test a small sample first please.

Q3: Can I wash the hair?
        A:you can wash them as you would your own. Shampoo and conditioner. Because the hair is not attached to
             your scalp,it is not getting the oils it should be. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every
           few weeks.

Q4: Can I blow-dry the hair?
        A:The extensions can be blow-dryed on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to
             let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.

Q5: Why are my hair getting tangled?
        A:Your hair can tangle due to dryness, oil, dirt build-up and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair
            daily. Make sure to wash and condition your hair at least once a week, comb the hair daily and use
            hydrating drops.

Q6: How long does it last?
        A:This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and
             take very good care of it for it last longer.

Q7. What are non-Remy hair, Remy hair, and virgin hair?
        A: Non-Remy hair is collected from the floor of temples and hair salons. Cuticle directions become mixed,
              causing tangling and matting. To disguise this the hair will go through an acid bath to completely strip
             the cuticle, similar to relaxing your hair about a dozen times - Remy hair: each bundle Remy hair are
             from 3-4 difference people mixed together, but all Remy hair bundle are the same cuticle direction -
             Virgin hair is hair from only one girl, cuticle aligned.

Q8. How to wash my hair?
        A: Step 1: Detangle hair gently before washing. Comb your hair extensions with a spacious wired comb.
             Step 2: With warm water gently wet the extensions. Put shampoo (Light Color Shampoo No Purple
                         Shampoo) with low or absolutely no sulphates on them.
             Step 3: Rinse out the shampoo. Apply conditioner. For tape in hair extensions, don't put conditioner on
                          the tapes, which may cause the tapes to fall out easily. Once you've rinsed out the conditioner and
                         they've dried, comb through the extensions so they're not tangled.
            Step 4: You can leave the extensions out in the air to dry.
            Step 5: Do Not Rub or Twist hair when you wash them. Crush straight hair in a downward motion starting
                         with the ends, work your way up to the roots. Step 6: Hair may tangle if general care directions
                          are not followed properly.

Q9. Tips for strengthening or curling hair extensions?
       A: Absolutely! The human hair extensions you get from us can be straightened, curled, styled in a beauty salon and dried. We advise you to use a heat protectant spray for styling the hair extensions that you buy from us. so as to extend the durability of your hair.
Besides, we strongly recommend you to set a low heat degree of 120C/250F, or else you may suffer a higer risk of damaging the hair. Selecting a lower heat setting can do you a great favor to extend the lifetime use of your set. Actually, our own hair may bear a high heat care white it can also get revitalized from the scalp, however, the hair extensions are not able to get that kind of nutrition.

Q10. Are your hair extensions durable for use?
         A: The durability of our hair extensions depends on whether you can take care of them carefully, and how frequent you wear them on your own hair. Under accurate care and proper wear, our human hair extensions can last from 6 months up to a year.
