Far Eastern Drilling are API (API-7-1 & API Spec Q1) factory specializes in drill bits, such as Tricone Bit,PDC Bit,Hybrid Bit,HDD Hole Opener,Foundation Roller Cone Bits and related drilling tools,application fields includes for oil well drilling, gas well drilling, geothermal well drilling, mining, geological survey, hydrographic survey, water well drilling, HDD pipelines installation projects, foundation rock piling projects. We can offer both TCI and Steel (Milled) Tooth in a variety of sizes and all most of IADC codes in stock.

According to cutting material,tirocne bit can be divided into TCI bit and Steel Tooth Bit .
TCI is short for Tungsten Carbide Insert, tungsten carbide is regular hard material in rock drilling field, another material is diamond.
Inserts means Tungsten Carbide teeth that's fitting on cones of rotary drilling roller cone bits. .API TCI tricone drill bit IADC517 have type of Rubber /Elastomer sealed bearing and Metal sealed bearing. We suggest that we had better choose metal face sealed bearing bits for deep rock wells with hard formations.For very deep well drilling, we recommend Metal-face sealed bearing tricone bits in drilling depth exceeds 1000 meters, For hard rock and long distance trenchless pilot hole drilling that length exceeds 300 meters we also recommend metal-face sealed bearing tricone bits.For water well drilling, shallow well drilling or shorter distance trenchless pilot hole drilling projects, elastomer(rubber) sealed bearing tricone bits has better cost performance.
