Alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether is one of the main types of non-ionic surfactants, and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (NP) accounts for a large proportion of them (the others are octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, dodecanol ether, dinonylphenol ether and mixed alkanyl ether, etc.). NP has good wetting, emulsifying, dispersing and leveling properties, and is widely used in washing products, industrial surfactants and other fields. [1]
NP is prepared from nonylphenol and ethylene oxide (EO), and nonylphenol comes from propylene and phenol. Nonylphenol containing active hydrogen atoms reacts with ethylene oxide under alkaline catalytic conditions to form ether nonionic surfactants: the more ethylene oxide is added, the more hydrophilic the polymer is. Np-10 is just 10 epoxides attached to it

Tx-10 can be used as a compound monomer of chemical fiber oil agent, used in the textile printing and dyeing industry for bleaching, refining, dyeing process diffusion agent, leveling agent, etc., oil field with wetting agent, foaming agent, mud activity treatment agent.
