PTFE Pall Ring
Products Introduction
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), commonly referred to as "Plastic King", is a polymer compound formed by polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene. It has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing properties, high lubrication and non-stickiness properties, electrical insulation and good aging resistance.
PTFE Pall Ring packing has the advantages of strong sealing, high pressure resistance and strong corrosion resistance. It has excellent performances for excellent sealing materials. When used alone or in combination with other fillers, it is especially suitable for static sealing parts under high temperature and high pressure conditions. It can be safely used in all media except aqua regia and strong oxidizing acids.
In chemical engineering, PTFE Pall rings are installed in packed towers, and their function is to increase the contact surface of vapor and liquid, so that they can be strongly mixed with each other. In the petroleum, chemical industry and other related equipments that need resistance to acid and alkali and organic solvents.
