The mobile gas station integrates all the functions of the gas station into one container, including explosion-proof storage tank, level gauge, combustible gas alarm system, automatic fire extinguishing device, overflow prevention device, and various connecting pipes and pumps. Tank capacities range from 5 to 60 cubic meters. The lightest weight of mobile gas stations is about 14 tons, and most are 19 tons. If you want to move it, go straight through a regular container truck.
Mobile gas stations are mainly used in ports, industries, bus stations, logistics companies, etc.



Mobile gas station standard equipment is as follows:
20ft/40ft container;
Single wall carbon steel oil storage tank,
Fuel dispenser 50liters/min dispenser(220V/380V) with one(two) nozzle for one(two)kind of oil;
fuel transfer pump, approximately 500Liter/min. Capable unloading and supply.
Fuel filter;
Electricity distribution box,
explosion proof Lighting,
1 set of  Fire Extinguisher
Vent and its valve,Dipstick, cap and its port;
Static grounding alarm device,
Fuel fill point (Cam Lock) / Overfill protection valve
Liquid level meter,,Manhole and its cover ;
1 set of inlets, outlets, manhole, 1 set of blow-off pipe(with valve)

1  What is the capacity of the mobile container service station?

We can manufacture the capacity of mobile petrol station from 5000 liters to 68000 liters.

It according to the customer requirements;
