What is L-Isoleucine?
L-isoleucine, also known as "isoleucine", is systematically named "α-amino-β-methylvaleric acid". White crystalline flakes or crystalline powder. Slight bitterness. No odor. Nutritional supplements. It is one of the essential amino acids of the human body and a kind of aliphatic neutral amino acids. One of the essential amino acids, the minimum daily requirement is about 0.7g. It can be fortified in various foods, such as wheat flour, glutenin, peanut flour, potato, etc. Isoleucine is a limiting amino acid and should be fortified.
