System function and main performance
1. System functions:
·Testable parameters
Input voltage, current and power of hub motor;
Output voltage, current, power and efficiency of hub motor
·With manual, fixed-point and automatic test methods, the load can be loaded automatically according to the setting, and the characteristic curve of the motor from no-load to locked rotor (or set value) can be scanned;
·Test results: the motor test data can be displayed or printed in the form of report or curve, and can be saved and viewed; When displaying curves, you can modify the curve coordinate parameters and the selection of abscissa and ordinate;   
Curve comparison: the test curves of multiple motors can be compared in the same interface, the curve coordinate value, curve ordinate and abscissa can be modified, the test curve color of each motor can be modified, and the compared curve can be printed;
·The system can carry out endurance test with load, automatically alarm and stop the test when the motor is abnormal, and the specific parameters can be set arbitrarily.
·It can quickly test the whole process of the motor from no-load to locked rotor, and quickly and accurately test the characteristic curve of the motor. The whole test time is 5-20 seconds, and up to 50 groups of data per second.
2. Main performance:
·The test data are digitally displayed and can be sent to the microcomputer for sampling, curve drawing and printing;
·High precision load sensor is adopted;
·The whole machine has high sensitivity, good load torque stability and test repeatability;
·The system is easy to operate, and the load can be changed only by adjusting the excitation current;
