Sheet Welding Machine Bed
The machine bed is welded and formed with high-strength steel plates,
and the stress is eliminated by tempering and aging treatment. The
level and right angle are pre-adjusted and fine-adjusted before
installation to ensure the high precision of the equipment.
Auto Leaser Head 1. It adopts a special cutting head for an optical fiber pipe cutting machine and is equipped with an automatic focusing function for cutting focus. When the cutting material and wall thickness change, there is no need for manual intervention to adjust the focus, which is convenient to operate.
2. OSPRI/RAYTOOLS/Pecitec ( Customized )
Pneumatic Chuck
The whole-stroke pneumatic chuck is stable and reliable.
There is no need to change the clamp. The shape and
diameter of the pipe are automatically detected to adjust the
clamp, and the pipe will not be deformed due to excessive
clamping force. The rear chuck is equipped with automatic air
blowing, which can clean the inner wall of the pipe to avoid
more sticky slag.
CypCut(HypCut)
Cyp Cut's special CNC system and programming software for pipe
cutting can meet the rapid programming, import, and cutting of various
pipes, profiles, and graphics.
