Waterborne acrylic paint for mechanical equipment (2 K)

Description: The product is composed of water based acrylic resin, weather resistance pigment, anti- rust pigment, waterborne polyurethane hardener, auxiliary agent, deionized water, etc.

Two-component, used with matching hardener, according to the proportion of deployment.

There are three types: primer, top coat and one coat.

Primer ratio               paint : hardener=10:1 (weight ratio)
Topcoat ratio              paint: hardener=6:1 (weight ratio)
Primer-topcoat ratio        paint: hardener=8:1 (weight ratio)

Application:  used for protection and decorative coating on the surface of mechanical equipment, instrumentation, car containers, auto parts, mechanical and electrical equipment, metal structure and so on.

Add water dilution, non-flammable and non-explosive, healthy environmental protection and no pollution.
Good adhesion and excellent antirust performance.
High hardness, scratch resistance and good decoration.
Water dilution is good , easy to work.

Packing and storage:

1. The paint is packed in white plastic bucket, 20kg/ barrel;

Primer hardener is packed in 2.5L metal cans, 2kg/can;
Topcoat hardener is packed in 4L metal cans, 3.4kg/can;
Primer-topcoat hardener is packed in 2.5L metal cans, 2.5kg/can

2. Product can be stored in ventilated, cool, dry place, prevent rain and direct sunlight;

3.The storage period of the product is 6 months. If it exceeds the period, it can still be used after passing the inspection .
