 I. Introduction

AC dielectric test set  is also called high voltage tester, withstand voltage tester. according to the insulating medium difference, it can be divided into oil-immersed type testing transformer, dry type testing transformer and sf6 gas type testing transformer.
and for the controller, we also have the automatic console and manual console which could be choosed. they are widely applied in the transformer, gis, cable, circuit breaker, ct ,pt, busbar , insulator and other electric component's insulating withstand voltage test.

--Output voltage: 100kV, 200kV, 250kV, 300kV, 500kV, 750kV, 1000kV, based on different test objects.
--Capacity: 50-2000kVA, based on different test objects.
--High voltage generated mode: high voltage transformer voltage boost and series resonance (power frequency, frequency conversion).
--All methods of boost voltage are one level voltage boost, no need to cascade boost voltage.
--Input voltage: 0.35-10kV.
--Partial discharge: Rated voltage 3pc (normal environment).
-Impendance voltage: 5%.
--Temperature rise: no more than 65k (50Hz) when rated current operates 60mins.

III. Controller Feature:

--Voltage, current, time, state information and prompt message can be displayed through a 10-inch large screen LCD screen, clear and intuitive.

--Touch operation, all functions can be preset in advance, improving the safety and reliability of the product;
--Status alert functions, English guided operation.
--Alarm function, switch-in alarm, 5 seconds buzzer alarm prompt; Abnormal voltage signal acquisition, buzzer alarm.
--Emergency stop function. When in automatic mode, this function can achieve boost voltage or step-down voltage emergency --stop at any point.
--Automatic timing function.In the automatic mode, when the voltage automatically rises to the set value, the equipment automatically starts timing, when the timing time arrives, the equipment automatically step-down voltage, automatically back to zero;
 --Manual mode, Up / down is controlled by the touch key, the equipment automatically confirm the upper / lower level, over-voltage protection,over-current protection.
