Dense Fused Alumina
dense fused corundum is a high-grade refractory
material, the main crystal phase is α-Al2O3, and the
color is gray. The product has the characteristics of high
melting point, high bulk density and low porosity. It has
excellent wear resistance, slag resistance, volume
stability and thermal shock resistance at high
temperature. It is considered to be the best refractory
raw material in the corundum series.

Application
Dense fused corundum is an ideal raw material for making unshaped refractories such as blast furnace castables, ladle castables, ramming materials, and prefabricated parts, as well as various shaped products such as continuous casting, breathable bricks, and nozzle block bricks.
