The hollow form that does not fill the section of the fiber and the 3D crimp from heterogeneous polymer provide excellent bulkiness and elasticity and makes light and warm fibers. The lineup includes a product with extra soft feeling obtained through special silicon processing and a product featuring flame retardant property and slick touch through special oiling agent processing.

Q3: What information would you like to know when we want to get a quote?

Q4: What are your payment terms?
A4: For standard products: 30% deposit on order, balance to be paid before delivery. For custom products: 100% deposit.
Q5: What is your international trade term?
A5: We support EX-WORKS, FOB, CNF and CIF InCoterms. Please confirm with us for special incoterms.
Q6: Can I have my own design?
A6: Sure. We are a professional supplier of OEM/ODM products, which can be manufactured according to your design or requirements. You can provide us with your design or original sample for our reference. Our professional designers can collaborate to create new designs for you.
Q7: Can I get a sample before I place an order?
A7: Of course. Samples are available for your evaluation and confirmation before each order. The standard sample is free, you only need to pay for shipping. Custom samples and freight should be at your expense.
Q8: What about delivery time?
A8: For sample orders, it will take approximately 7 days after all specifications are finalized. For mass production, it usually takes about 20 days, depending on the production schedule and backlog.
Q9: What's your discount policy?
A9: The price depends on the quantity of your order. The larger
the quantity, the lower the price.
