1)   If I like your design, I hope to get sample, I need to pay you sample fee? or not? 
--- Yes, please, you will need to pay us sample fee, and you will need to pay us international courier fee also, 
but, in fact, this sample fee and courier fee, we will refund to you if you start to be our regular client, which
means, once you begin to place bulk order to us, our MOQ will be 150 pcs. the very firstly sample fee and courier
fee could be minus from your amount of your bulk order to us. 

2)  Do you a factory or trade company ?
--- We are a very busy factory, we do trade via made-in-china since 2013 on, you know, almost 10 years already.
we produce for several big client, currently our mainly client is named Shein, 
we support them grow up better and better, we hope to be your good partner your good supplier also. 

3)  How many days for producing samples?   How many days for producing my bulk order? 
--- If every detailed confirmed, producine sample for you only need 1 days. 
for bulk order, if your full payment recieved, then only need 3~5 days producing time included the time purchase material fabric for your order. 

4)  If I hope you print my Logo pattern onto my products, you could do it ?
--- Yes, surely, that is our daily work. you just need to show us your logo pattern, the size of it, where you hope to 
print it onto your clothes product, it will be very easy for us support you for it. 

5)  About payment, deposit + balance ?   payment against bill of loading? 
--- we only accept 100% prepaid order. Because based on 150 pcs MOQ quantity, and unit price is not high at all, 
100% payment is not high cost, bank service is not cheap, so, if you full pay to us, save time, save bank service charges also, 
what is more important, speed up our producing process time also, benifit for both of us so well. 

6)  How about after-sale service ? 
--- When we purchase the meterial the fabric back to our factory, we will take pictures and video for you,
when we cut the cloth when we produce sample, when we sew the products, when we pack your goods, when we load and seal your container, 
every important moment, our salemen will go to working room and take pictures and videoes for you and send to you. 
what is more, when you received the clothes, if any problem you think you could not accept, please you could take pictures and show to
us, if really our fault, we will re-produce and ship to you in your next bulk order to us. All the process, we do it seriously and high responsibility,
we just hope to work together with you, for many many times, many years really.
