A: Actually it depends on the product. For low value products, we will provide free samples, freight collect. But for some high value samples, it requires sample cost and freight collect. Please note that all sample costs and shipping charges can be refunded to you after placing the order. You are welcome to email us to check.

A: After the price is confirmed, you can ask for samples to check our quality.
Q: Can I add my logo to the product?
A: Yes, we can add your logo on the product.
Q: Can you do my design?
A: Yes, OEM/ODM are welcome, please feel free to send us pictures. If necessary, we can make your design legally protected.
Q: Can I get a discount?
A: Yes, for large orders, old customers and frequent customers, we give reasonable discounts.
Q: Which shipping method is available?
