The screen boxes are stacked in multiple layers, and each layer of screen box is screened independentto obtain the maximum processing capacity with the minimum floor area. The slurry distributor distributes thepulp evenly to the independent feed box of each layer of screen box, and the feed box distributes evenly alongthe screen wioth to ensure the best screening eftect under various feeding conditions. A secondary slurnmaking system is set between two sections of screen to make fine particles pass through the screen morefully. Equipped with polyurethane flexible screen with high opening rate, anti blocking and wear-resistantwith the minimum mesh size of 0.063mm. The screen frame surface is sprayed with polyurethanewear-resistant coatino. the secondary slurry making tank. ore col ecting tank and other parts in contact witrmaterials are protected with wear-resistant rubber plate or polyurethane to extend the service life.According to site requirements, screens of 1 to 8 decks can be designed and applied to the wet classificatiorand dehydration of fine particles in mineral processing, coal preparation, non-metallic and other industries.
