XC500 Stabilized soil mixing plant is a product developed by XCMG on the basis of mature technology and has the advanced level in contemporary China. The equipment can produce cement stabilized soil, lime stabilized soil, industrial waste residue stabilized soil and other mixtures at all levels, fully meet the requirement of construction in expressway, classified highway, municipal administration path, airports, dams, freight yard and other projects.
* Efficient mixing, reasonable dimension design of mixing machine for 15%-20% higher mixing capacity than market; liner-free mixing technology for uniform material mixing and wear-resistant steel plate for longer lifetime.
* Advanced and reliable, the serrated mixer blades reduce the vibration during mixing and prolong the lifetime. Theoretical lifetime of the blade lives after 200,000 tons of material.
*Precise metering, the belt scale has obtained the China type approval certificate for measuring instruments, measurement accuracy up to ±1.5%, incomparable in market.
* Intelligent control, full computer intelligent control technology, real-time display the key operating parameters, simple and logic operation, high degree of intelligence for both mannual/automatic control.
