Product Description

TK6400 is a series of high-power AC and DC fixed value resistive load boxes developed and designed by Tunkia. It can be used with TK6500/TK6700 welding machine calibrator to stabilize the power output of the welding machine and realize on-site calibration of the welding machine power.

TK6400 is used as a loop load for calibrating the power supply of the welding machine and consumes welding output power.

It has two specifications of 200 A/ 600 A for option.
 
Appearance
Type 200 A Load Box Front / Rear Panel
1Portable handles: one on each side for easy use when transporting the equipment.
2Emergency Stop Button: when an accident occurs during the test, quickly stop the equipment and disconnect the circuit.
3200 A Current Terminal: used to connect the power output of the welding machine.
4Rubber Braces: supports the device and provides shock absorption.
5Power Socket and Power Switch: comes with a fuse.
6Equipment Chassis Ground Terminal: used for grounding the equipment chassis.
 

Type 600 A Load Box Front / Side Panel
1600 A Current Terminal: available in common bolt terminal or quick connect terminal, used to connect the power output of the welding machine.
2Pull rod: can be retracted, and can be used with wheels to drag the device to achieve rapid movement
3Emergency Stop Button: when an accident occurs during the test, quickly stop the equipment and disconnect the circuit.
4Equipment Chassis Ground Terminal: used for grounding the equipment chassis.
5Wheels: Allows for easy movement of the device.

☆ Cascading Capacity Expansion
Multiple TK6400s can be cascaded. For example, after cascading two TK6400-600 A models, they can be used as the output load of the 1200 A welding machine power supply to verify the source of a larger current.

Various combination methods can be flexibly matched according to user needs, and are suitable for power calibration of high-current welding machines of various specifications.


 
☆ Convenient Optional Accessories
  1. Common Bolt Terminal: requiring unscrewing the nut, putting on the current wire of the round hole wiring nose, and then tightening the nut to complete the wiring action. The operation is complicated and inefficient.
  1. Quick Connection Terminal: equipped with quick connectors suitable for various models. During operation, it only needs to be aligned and inserted and then rotated half a turn to lock, which is convenient and efficient.
