YW series Dissolved Air Flotation Machine is mainly used for solid-liquid separation. Large sum of micro bubbles produced by dissolving and releasing system adhere to solid or liquid particles which with the same density as wastewater to make the whole float to the surface thus achieve the goal of separation.
The structure of the dissolved air float machine is composed of three parts, which are the air float tank - the main body and core of the dissolved air float machine, the dissolved air system - the most critical part of the dissolved air float machine, the pharmaceutical tank. When the dissolving air float works, a pipe is drawn from the water pump pressure pipe to return to the suction pipe, and the hydraulic ejector is installed on the branch pipe. The waste water causes negative pressure when it passes through the hydraulic ejector, and the air is inhaled and mixed with the waste water, and is sent to the dissolving gas tank through the suction pipe and the pump.
