application performance:
BTWR-500P is a representative polymerized aliphatic carbondiimide diamine anti-hydrolysating agent, widely used in PLA, PBAT, PGA, PPC, PHAs, PET, PBT, PA and other polymer engineering plastics, polyurethane elasticity, adhesive and coating system, with good thermal stability, can adapt to high processing temperature, prevent precipitation, can greatly improve the hydrolysis stability of the material, prolong the life of products in high temperature, humidity and other harsh use environment.
BTWR-500P added an amount of about 1.0phr of polyester polyol in PU, a solid amount of 1.0~2.0phr in adhesive, and 1.0~2.5phr of resin in PLA and PBT.
