Bottom Pouring Ladle for Steel Plant

 

Foundry ladle  is mainly used for pouring operation after receiving the liquid metal from the blast furnace,then transported to the mould site to pouring.

Ladle is one of the main equipment for casting steel parts. Its structure has two kinds of stopper rod type and sliding gate type. The gantry hanger is equipped with two kinds of decoupling type and bearing type, of which the plug rod type is the most widely used, and its structure is simple, operation and maintenance is convenient. The sliding gate structure includes a mechanical part and a driving part (manual and hydraulic).

The advantages of sliding gate are to improve working conditions, speed up ladle turnover, save refractory materials, reduce ladle leakage events, improve the quality of molten steel, and facilitate off-furnace refining.
