304 mesh belt type machine is mainly used for batch demagnetization of heavy parts, transmission net belt and the frame adopt non-magnetic material 304 stainless steel. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the design of magnetic circuit is optimized. Gradient magnetic field design when away from the center has good effect, high reliability and good stability. Widely used in heavy parts demagnetization such as large gears, bearings mould, auto parts, etc.

Drum type demagnetization machine is mainly used for long workpiece demagnetization. It adopts roller drives the workpiece through the demagnetization coil so as to achieve demagnetizing result. This machine has the advantages of beautiful appearance, suitable for batch continuous demagnetization occasions, with high performance, energy saving and environmental protection, convenient use, high reliability, etc. Widely used in long work pieces such as large shaft parts, pipe parts, bar parts, etc. Drum type demagnetiser has two type available: manual transmission and auto transmission.

Trolley type demagnetizing machine is mainly used for large-scale demagnetization and heavy workpiece demagnetization, the trolley using high strength non-magnetic PVC material, the frame adopting non-magnetic material 304 stainless steel. This machine has advantages of strong power, fast demagnetization, super demagnetizing ablity, etc. Trolley type demagnetizer has optional transmission working type: manual and automatic.

How to Use a Demagnetization Machine?
When the demagnetization machine is powered on and starts to work, please pass the workpiece from the inner frame (or stay for 1-5 seconds) and leave the frame mouth 0.8 meters away, you can achieve good demagnetization effect, the equipment will automatically stop working after the end of demagnetization. If the number of workpiece is large, the workpiece can be loaded into a container (such as plastic basket, wood frame, carton and other non-magnetic materials) through together, the workpiece can be accurate demagnetization, must not disconnect the power before the workpiece leaves the frame mouth, resulting in incomplete demagnetization and magnetization. Pay attention to electrical protection when running equipment in humid air.
