4. Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: For new customers, we accept 30%T/T in advance, 70% balance against copy of shipping docs, L/C at sight; For old customers, the payment terms can be negotiated accordingly.
5. Q: What about the order lead time?
A: Usually the order lead time is 10-15days after receiving your prepayment.
