In 2017, it began to develop automati bamboo straw forming machine and intelligent production line independently and in 2019,launch the bamboo straw intelligent industrial park project.In the industrial park ,mainly produce bamboo straws,ice cream sticks and other deep-processed bamboo products. Under the background of global "plastic ban" and "limited cutting", bamboo straws and bamboo ice cream sticks stand out. Bamboo straw instead of plastic straw, bamboo ice cream sticks instead of wooden ice cream sticks ,and will be the inevitable trend of market development, meanwhile in response to the United Nations plasti limit order and China's natural forest prohibition policy to promote the "bamboo instead of plastic", "bamboo instead ofwood" an important technical innovation, bamboo straw and bamboo ice cream sticks have such large market in the world.
This project have land of 240 mu, total investment 1 billion yuan,divided into three phases of construction. The first phase, with a total investment of about 500 million yuan, will build 6 production plants with a total area of about 60,000 square meters, all of which are two-story reinforced concrete frame structure plants. The main layout of disposable bamboo straw and bamboo ice cream sticks deep processing production line equipment. In2020, the self-developed intelligent bamboo straw molding machine was launched officially,and the products are well sold to the countries in the European Union, Southeast Asia and North America.
