The grapes for making fruit juice should be fresh, mature and have good flavor. Grape stalk remover is a kind of equipment specially used to remove grape stems and protect the integrity of grape grains. Gelatin and tannin are commonly used to clarify grape juice. Add 4-6 g of tannin per 100 kg of juice. After 8 hours, 6-10kg gelatin was added. Keep the temperature between 8 ºC and 12 ºC. When all the flocs in the juice are precipitated, use the bucket to suck out the clear liquid.
Pasteurization and filling of grape juice processing line
Pasteurization requires high temperature and short time. The grape juice was heated to 90 ° C for 30 seconds. Hot filling and aseptic cold filling are two common filling methods. During hot filling, when the grape juice is cooled to 85 ºC, it can be put into a can and sealed. In aseptic cold filling, the grape juice is cooled to room temperature and put into a bottle under aseptic conditions.
