1. Machine clutch:

3) The main motor adopts a variable frequency motor and a variable frequency controller, which is energy-saving and starts smoothly. It is equipped with a motor start protection device.
4) Host self-locking function: When the unit is not fully locked, the host cannot start, ensuring the safety of the machine and operators; Under normal operation of the host, the clutch function of the unit is automatically locked to avoid machine and personnel injuries caused by misoperation
2. Leading edge paper feeding system
1) Suction assisted paper feeding, 7.5kw high-pressure centrifugal fan, capable of variable frequency control of air pressure according to the bending degree of the cardboard, ensuring high-speed and accurate transportation of warped cardboard and thin cardboard.
2) The lifting and dropping of paper are pushed by air cylinders, with quick and powerful movements.

3. Dust removal device

4. Paper feeding roller (double row axis paper feeding)
1) The outer diameter of the upper roller is 155.4mm.

5. Snap device
This machine is equipped with a pneumatic leveling device, which makes the horizontal positioning of the cardboard more accurate and avoids waste. (Computer controlled synchronization time)
6. Computer device:
1) The main motor adopts a variable frequency motor, and the frequency converter adopts SINEE, which can save energy and electricity by up to 30%.

1. Printing roller:

4. Metal Anilox:
1) Outer diameter is 198mm (number of wires: 180-250, number of wires optional) steel pipe surface grinding, pressing mesh pattern, hard chromium plating. Perform computer dynamic balance correction, ensure smooth operation, consistent dots, and even ink application.

4. Rubber roller:

  • Slotting department


1. Creasing pressing device
1) The shaft diameter of seamless steel pipe is 124, 45 # steel pipe is selected, quenched and tempered, and then ground twice. Computer dynamic balance correction is performed, and the surface is plated with hard chromium, ensuring smooth movement.
2) Equipped with pre pressing wheels, the pre pressed cardboard is not easily damaged, and the pressing wheel adopts French Martian technology to press hard and soft, with straight and non explosive lines.
3) Wrapping the upper pressing wheel with polyurethane will not damage the cardboard.

2. Slotting cutter seat lateral adjustment mechanism
1) The shaft diameter is 156mm, made of 45 # steel pipe, quenched and tempered, then ground twice, computer dynamic balance correction, surface plated with hard chromium, and smooth movement.
2) The width of the slotting knife is 7mm, made of alloy material, heat treated, ground, toothed slotting knife, double piece edge trimming knife, with a sharp edge and high precision.
3) The horizontal movement of the slotting tool holder and the wire pressing wheel adopts synchronous electric adjustment, ensuring smooth movement and high accuracy. PLC touch screen adjustment, direct input of carton size, automatic adjustment, memory storage of orders, and other functions.

6) The elastic corner cutter structure can cut three or five layers of cardboard without adjustment.
