Lychee juice powder has most of nutritional substances of lychees. It contains various vitamins and minerals. The lychee contains on average a total 72 mg of vitamin C per 100 grams of fruit. On average nine lychee fruits would meet an adult's daily recommended Vitamin C requirement.
The litchi powder is made by below process.
Peel Fresh Litchi Fruit--->Squeeze Fruit Juice--->Concentrate Fruit Juice--->Spraying Dry
This product is made from litchi concentrated juice with special process and spray dry technology. The powder is fine, free-flowing and off white in color, good solubility in water.
