Powder coatings have advantages such as no organic solvents, environmental friendliness (compared to oil-based coatings), high material utilization, low energy consumption, and are easy to apply with low cost. They have good corrosion and weather resistance and are suitable for products and facilities with low requirements for corrosion and weather resistance. They have been widely used in many fields of manufacturing. Among them, polyester powder coatings are widely used in outdoor facilities such as buildings, automobiles, and transportation due to their excellent comprehensive performance and relatively low cost advantages. Currently, more than half of thermosetting powder coatings are prepared using polyester resin as the base material.
We can provide products with high gloss (over 80%), semi gloss (50-80%), flat gloss (20-50%), and matte (below 20%). (Gloss can be controlled according to user needs.)

Q1: Can I have a sample order for Powder Coating?
A1: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2: What about the lead time?
A2: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 10 tons.
Q2: Do you have any MOQ limit for powder coating order?
A2: MOQ 300KG.
Q3: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A3: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 4-6 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q4: How to proceed an order for powder coating?
A4: Firstly let us know your requirements or application(For indoor or outdoor use). Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for order. Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q5: Is it OK to print my logo on packaging?
A5: Yes. Please inform us before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
