The steel sheet used to make SDCAD Tanks For Liquid Storage is continually coated with zinc and aluminum to provide the tank with the superior corrosion resistance required to withstand even the most extreme environmental conditions.

The aluminum in the coating acts as a barrier, protecting the steel underneath, while the zinc acts as a sacrificial edge guard. Material is one of the most cost-effective, project-specific options for storing potable water, irrigation water, fire water, and reclaimed water (with a pH between 3 and 12).

Forever hot-dipped, metallic coating is used to create SDCAD steel. SDCAD steel's alloy coating offers excellent corrosion resistance and has been shown to withstand cracking and peeling better than other coatings.
