We can train your staff to use our machine properly. It means that we offer customers Training, teaching how to use the systems most efficiently and safely as well as how to maintain optimal operational productivity.
Q2. What payment terms and trade terms do you accept?
Payment terms: Normally we accept T/T and L/C at sight. T/T 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance is paid before shipment.
Trade terms: FOB/EXW/CFR/CIF, etc.
Q3. Does it easy to operate and what can i do if it doesn't work?
First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man, what you do is just learn some basic thing like how to operate PLC.And we will sent you manual and video ,we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself , and if thereis something goes wrong , you can call us, video-chat, email us. And we will give solutions within 36 hours. Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.
