1. How to order the boat?
You can place the order on alibaba trade assurance, or you can pay via paypal;T/T or western union...

2.Can I get a sample first?
Yes, of course. For a sampe, usually send by air or express.
3.Can I put my logo and DIY my boat?
Sure, you tell us your ideas, our design team will design for you!
4. How long is your boat guaranteed?
We gurantee the hull at least 5 years, seam at least 3 years.
5.How do I keep the boat when I don't use it?
Deflate the boat and put it in the carrying bag, it takes little room.
When finish sailing from the sea, use water to wash the surface, which will prolong its life.
6.How do you send the boats? When will I receive them?
Usually we send samples by air or express; bulk order by sea.
When you order the boats, it takes us 7-10 working days to finish.
It takes 5-7 days by express while 10-40 days by sea, it depends on the distance.
7.Are your boats certified? Can I use or sell them in my country?
Yes, all our boats have CE certificate and CE plate on the stern and we have warranty documents in the package.
